BOOK REVIEW: Year of The Cock by Alan Wieder

I finished reading "Year Of The Cock".  THIS  time you can tell a book by the cover!


A Jewish film producer/editor in Hollywood leaves his wife for greener pastures.

Well, after two months of Debauchery(booze, drugs, women) & by the 50th page....the Book(His life story) turns into the more smelly stuff you find in those pastures!
The book is a true story about his downward spiral into OCD/nervous Breakdown & most of all "P.E." (his obsession of his Private part being to small).


If you can get past the vulgarness of it(what many would not)...it really shows how an obsessive worry or thought for someone with metal illness can snowball out of control & destroys your life!

The story is a hardcore view into the life of a very successful producer who seemed to have it all! In truth internally he had nothing!

How did it happen? How did he overcome it? What is he doing now?

Read to find out !

This book would be offensive to many. Other's will either see it as funny or a True in look into mental insanity & a man's fight to overcome it.

In between the lines you get an inside look at the real Truth behind reality TV shows......since this was his main forte' !

I give it 4 stars ! Though I would warn you it is very detailed & includes page after page of him pulling on his you know what & hating himself.
It is a HARDCORE insight into self loathing. Not a book for the faint of heart! His Reality was so much more complex than the shows  he created!

Book review: "Still Missing" By Chevy Stevens

Well, I just finished reading ~ "Still Missing" By: Chevy Stevens!!!!


It was like a mental COLONIC! It was brutal, forceful, uncomfortable, shocking! With wave after wave of trauma & emotion...this book will rip you apart & wipe you out ~yet leave you feeling cleansed. You cannot read this without reflecting on your own... life & awareness of your surroundings! You are forced to think~"OMG! What would I do if..." . A woman is held captive by a Psycho for a year...this is her story told thur her "shrink" visits.

The ending will surprise you like a blow to the face!
 
I Give it 5 stars!
PS: I will never again be able to see a pink ponytail holder without shaking!

Book Review: Sins of the Flesh by Caridad Pineiro

Great Paranormal book! I just finished reading it! A bit PG-13 at the most...did not get racy until around page 200 of 303.
Could have been a little more intimate but the story line was supenseful & amazing. The Gene treatment inculdes part lizard & others. She takes on some of the traits of those genes...aka supernatural powers like going Camo & heat vision. Heart wrenching & exciting.

I give it 4 stars!!!!

Infinite Days Book Review!

Infinite Days by Rebecca Maizel

My rating: 5 of 5 stars


So I am almost done reading the
Advanced Copy Of "Infinite Day's"!
The story line is amazing. A
Very old Vampiress ~has
redemption & is transformed
into a human....a 16 year old
girl at a boarding school in the year 2010.
She was the queen of her coven
& after hibirnating 100 years
~was to return to her coven.
She instead was transfomed
into a Human!
Once this is discoved by her
coven(whom are bound to her by
powerful magic)....are out for
blood...HERS....for forsaking
them for leaving them.

This story also has a mutli
love storyline. It reads as 1st
person....as if your reading
her diary! It's is very good &
a must read.
However, I almost BURNED the
book @ pages 100-105!
Note to Rebecca Maizel~people
love cats & your really grossed
me out! Why not pick a some other
animal ... that people do not
have as pets!!!!
Oh! once or twice she messed up
the storyline dates. The print
could have been darker & the
changing fonts were
distracting.
So overall~A must read Book!
Just if you love cats..tear out
pages 100-105 without reading
them.
Outside of that the story
really is exciting, sometimes
funny & sometimes dark & often
very touching & sweet. I found ~that I love the 1st person narrative a great deal!
It's a story of a sinner
(vampire murderer) finding
redemption, a new life & love.

Another thing I love was all
the parts of her being shocked
& learning all the new
inventions & change of society
since her rebirth! What really touched me is the
fact she was so smart & strong.
Really loved that fact she had
such a high IQ & was such a
empowering young woman!

Seems like these days you can't open your facebook without someone wanting to rope you into doing Farmville, iheart, hugs, poking, aquarium & other facebook virtual apps. I even hear people go on & on about it when I am out & about town in social settings.

WHY? WHY? WHY?
I do not waste my time building virtual worlds & trying to boost my self esteem in this child like games. They are just a silly waste of time~where you do not really get anything tangible out of it!

I would rather read blogs & reviews! I spend my time in a productive manner ~ENTERING SWEEPSTAKES!

I win nice things all the time~that I would not normally have the cash flow to buy.

She is such a sweetheart & a beautiful woman. It breaks my heart that she fell off the wagon. She was on "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew." Tawny had overcome her demons & was thriving.
I am not sure what drove her to relaspe but all my prays go out to her...that she will get better.

One Year Ago This was my town ~Bridge City, TX (Thanks to IKE)

This was a Picture Of Texas Ave/Hwy87 (The main street thur town) after the Tidal Surge. Yes, that's Pizza Hut.
I live about 8 blocks from there.
The whole town was under water.
Thank God! No hurricanes this year have come near us.

I THOUGHT THEY COULD BE TRUSTED! NOT !!!!!!!

The Pig is a star, a hansome, fantastic chef with it's own cooking show. Except, it's not allowed to eat the food! Cook the food but don't eat the food~that's hard.

(To me that's weird)!
( so that fat pig charactor is encourage/not allowed to eat? What does that teach children? To be anorexic & have eating disorders?)
They did not have a contact us button in order to comment !

People we really need to watch closely the infulences of some of these cartoons.

I mean why not have the Pig eat & cook with herbs & veggies & low fats healthy meals?
The not letting the PIG eat is just offensive & would teach the WRONG message to kids.

Red tide will greatly affect the fishing in the GulF of Mexico.

Chicago will have a string of fires & massive amounts of luding & voilence.

100's will die in Places like New York City from a freak heat wave.
Space debris will fall in a few places in the Central US.

California will have some power blackouts.
Colorado floodings as snow melts.


Reno will have a water shortage.

Washington.....lava will flow.
More noticed activity at Yosemite Park ~Watch this one closely!

Thyroid Problems

This is what just a little salt does to me! I have good days & bad days.
The last picture was a very very very bad day. Well they are all the same day ~I think just before & after eating fast food that had Idiodized salt Plus I had a salty desert. Big mistake!
I should have taken a picture of my ankles......they became Cankles.....looks as big as grapefruits.
Tell my why fast food places can't use Idione free salt??????????

Guess I need to find a sweepstakes or two with some nice Scarfs.
